Navigate to the Self-Service Center, enter your login information, and then click the “Forgot my Password” link. If you need further assistance, contact the Help Desk at (716) 821-7171, or email email@example.com.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a new password. We will create a temporary password that you will use to log in. You must log in and change the temporary password to a permanent one within 24-hours.
Your district SEDDAS Administrator (typically the Superintendent) creates this account for you and manages which applications you have access to.
To reset your password, access the NYSED Business Portal and click the RESET PASSWORD link in the upper right corner of the web-page.
