About Us

WNYRIC provides Data Warehouse services for over 500 public school districts, private, and charter schools across New York State. Using e-Scholar software and NYSED data cleansing software, WNYRIC collects P-12 educational data from multiple sources including student management systems, HR/Financial systems, and Test Scanning and Scoring software. WNYRIC houses this data in a regional data warehouse, using it to produce reports and making it available to NYSED per documented NYSED deadlines.

For districts, the following services are mandatory:

  • Data Warehouse Base Service
  • Data Warehouse Base Service Building
  • NYSED Data Collection and Reporting Base Service
  • NYSED Data Collection and Reporting RWADA
For WNYRIC Charter School or WNYRIC non-public school pricing, contact Maggie Maloney at (716) 821-7466.

For training and support service information, refer to our Service Directory, or contact Maggie Maloney at (716) 821-7466.
