About Us

WNYRIC provides Data Warehouse services for over 450 public school districts, private, and charter schools across New York State. Using e-Scholar software and NYSED data cleansing software, WNYRIC collects P-12 educational data from multiple sources including student management systems, HR/Financial systems, and Test Scanning and Scoring software. WNYRIC houses this data in a regional data warehouse, using it to produce reports and making it available to NYSED per documented NYSED deadlines.

For districts, the following services are mandatory:

  • Data Warehouse Base Service
  • Data Warehouse Base Service Building
  • NYSED Data Collection and Reporting Base Service
  • NYSED Data Collection and Reporting RWADA
