The WNYRIC Data Warehouse maintenance window is every Thursday between 4 pm and 7pm. You may be unable to access Level 1 and Level 2 reports during this time.

Data News

On October 1, WNYRIC debuted a new Dataview Portal and the upgraded Cognos software for Level 1 Data Warehouse and Level 2 L2RPT. We have enhanced this portal to include much more information all in one place for easier access. Take a look around this new site to find a wealth of information all in one place.

We have provided basic navigation guides for the new Level 1 and Level 2 interfaces. Click Documentation and Training above to find them.

An overview of the navigation changes to the Data Warehouse interface will be provided after each of the upcoming DDC meetings at Orleans-Niagara BOCES, Erie 1 BOCES, and Erie 2 CC BOCES.  If you cannot attend one of these sessions, webinars are scheduled for the following times:

  • 10/23 from 10am-11am
  • 10/25 from 1pm-2pm
  • 10/29 from 3pm-4pm

Click here to reach the registration page for these events. Enter “cognos” in the search bar and register for the session most convenient for you. All sessions will cover the same material. There is no cost or limit to how many people from a district may attend. Call-in instructions for the webinar will be provided closer to the event. We look forward to seeing you!

TAA is now open for teachers to begin reviewing their data. The deadline is December 14 for ePMF Teaching Data.  TAA will be locked for Teachers after this date.  Certification is due in February.
